FUNTONETWORK SOURCE SUBMISSION SUPPORT

Move an RFP through four controlled stages.

Set the RFP context, then progress from proposal creation to approved resume attachment, official portal authentication, and receipt capture. Your checklist is saved only on this device; the authenticated FuntoNetwork workspace remains the control point for private records.

1. Set RFP context

These fields are local labels for this device only. Do not enter passwords, MFA codes, API tokens, private file links, or confidential portal data.

Active local context

Use the authenticated workspace for the actual proposal, files, and submission record.

2. Progress the submission pipeline

Each next stage unlocks only after you mark the prior stage complete. The buttons open the correct secure handoff; they do not perform private actions on this public page.

Set an RFP context to begin.
1Create proposal for the selected RFP

Open the RFP/proposal record in the workspace, use Create Proposal, review the generated draft, and resolve evidence or required-field gaps.

3Locate and authenticate to the source portal

Confirm the official URL from the solicitation and RFP record, then sign in only through the portal's secure session with the authorized account owner or submitter.

4Complete required fields/uploads and record receipt

Complete the portal's required fields and uploads, validate the final package, submit only when authorized, and retain the confirmation number, timestamp, receipt, and submitted-file record.

Security boundary: This public helper never collects credentials, MFA codes, API tokens, or private uploads. The portal URL is used only as a local handoff target after HTTPS and credential-in-URL checks. The current app prepares source-portal records and falls back to manual submission unless a verified worker is explicitly configured.
Readiness control: A checked stage is a local reminder, not proof of qualification, candidate consent, authorization, completed upload, or receipt. Do not treat this page as evidence that an RFP was submitted.
